Interlibrary Loan Procedures

Interlibrary Loan Procedures

If the library does not own the material you need or you cannot find what you need, be sure to ask . We may be able to borrow the material from another library. Usually there is no charge for this service, but if there is we will contact you.

To submit an ILL request we need at minimum the following information:

Author of work
Title of work
Publisher, date
Your name
Your library card number (see Borrowing Library Materials)
Your phone number
Date item must be received

Send your ILL request information to Librarian You will be notified by phone or email when your item is available. Please allow 10 days for an item to be located and shipped. Most items have a 14 to 30 day loan period.
