Field Studies


Field-study courses deepen participants' understanding of history, culture, arts, language, key events, and the environment of another region or country.

This is a great opportunity for supervised travel.  It is helpful to have an experienced guide in a unfamiliar location, especially if there is a foreign language spoken.  It is nice to have the security of fellow students with you.  For students who are hesitant to travel, trips such as these help in the planning - travel, lodging, meals, etc.  Group rates help make trips relatively affordable, plus students get college credit!   NWC Field Studies are safe, affordable, educational, and fun.  Plan to join us!
